Contact KotsuZen

When you contact KotsuZen, whether it’s a question about a book, a school order, or a workshop at sea, your message is read by me, Audrey, usually with a cup of tea, a view of the farm, and a memory of Japan never far away… I would love to hear from you.

What to Expect

I reply within two to three days. Some days on the farm move slowly. Others are “farm stress” days, when our pet pigs escape their pasture and find their way into my garden, a few chicken friends in tow. Even then, I would rather answer with care than in a hurry. For orders, please include the book title and quantity.

A Small Practice

Before you write, look away from the screen for a moment. Notice the warmth or coolness of the space around you, whether you are at a desk, on a bus, or on a train. Name one thing you can see, one thing you can hear, and one thing you can feel beneath your hands. Breathe once for each.

Now you are here.
